The board of directors of Togiak Natives Limited (“TNL”) is seeking qualified shareholders who would like to serve as directors on TNL’s board. There are two (2) director seats to be filled by election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Saturday March 28, 2026
Directors serve for a term of three (3) years.
In order to be listed as a candidate in TNL’s 2026 annual meeting proxy materials, a shareholder must meet the qualifications in the Third Amended and Restated Bylaws dated 09/11/25, and submit a Candidacy Questionnaire and Declaration of Candidacy form to TNL
no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, January 15th, 2026.
The forms are available at the TNL office, 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
