The Togiak Management Services Team was awarded the Deployable Communications Capabilities Support (DCCS) in 2021.  This is a classified contract supporting the USAF’s critical mission objective of providing rapid emergency communication capabilities. We self-perform the entirety of the scope associated with this program, which consists of the following major scope of work areas:

• Rapidly deployment

The Togiak Management Services Team was awarded the Kuwait electrical procurement contract in 2022.  This contract supports the US Corps of Engineers’ OCONUS support to the Department of Defense.  This procurement consisted of procuring, shipping, receiving and warehousing critical, high-value electrical equipment in coordination with multiple US and international stakeholders.  TMS self-performs the entirety of the scope associated with this program, which consists of the following major scope of work areas:

• Acquisition planning

• Vendor identification and selection

• Sourcing

• Procurement

• Logistics

• Shipping

• Import/Export processing

• Customs clearance

• Receiving

• Functionality testing

• Transportation
